HW Brand desander is the secondary solids control equipment in the drilling fluid solid phase control system. It is one of the important equipment for stabilizing and adjusting drilling fluid technical indicators. Commonly used are 8", 10", 12" cyclones, which are mainly used for separating solid particles with a particle size of 47-76μm in drilling fluids. In addition to oil and gas field drilling, desanders are also widely used in trenchless horizontal directional drilling (HDD), geothermal drilling, continuous wall engineering, piling and shield engineering mud purification.
The production can be widely applied in the triple-process cleanse of the drilling fluid and when it is used efficiently, it can
effectively clear the suspended solid-phase granules with more than 30 microns in the drilling fluid. It is one indispensable
device for stabilizing and adjusting the drilling fluid technical parameters and suitable for those drillers as ZJ70, ZJ50 and 
ZJ40. It can be used together with the sealed circulatory system of the drilling fluid.
