1、 Overview of XY-44A hydraulic water well drill



XY-44A geological exploration drilling rig is a new product designed on the basis of XY-44 drilling rig. In addition to the technical performance parameters of the above two types of drilling rig, the vertical shaft feed part is added with a guide rod structure; Equipped with water brake and hand pressure oil pump.

XY-44A km drilling rig is mainly applicable to core drilling with alloy and diamond drilling as well as engineering geological exploration, hydrological well drilling and large-diameter foundation pile construction.



2、 Main features of XY-44A hydraulic water well drill

1. With a large number of rotational speed steps (8 levels) and a reasonable rotational speed range, and a large low-speed torque ("zui" up to 3200 N · m), it is not only suitable for drilling with alloy and diamond cores, but also for engineering geological survey, hydrological well drilling and foundation pile construction.

2. The diameter of vertical shaft through-hole is large (93 mm in diameter), the hydraulic feed of double-shaft cylinder is long (up to 600 mm), and the process adaptability is strong. It is especially suitable for wire-line coring (upper coring) drilling of large diameter drill pipe, which is conducive to improving drilling efficiency and reducing accidents in the hole.

3. The drilling capacity is large, and the rated drilling depth of 71mm diameter wireline coring drill pipe can reach 1000m.

4. Light weight, good demountability, net weight of 2300 kg, main machine can be decomposed into 10 parts ("zui" large demountable parts weight 300 kg), easy to move, suitable for working in mountainous areas.

5. The hydraulic chuck adopts one-way oil supply, with large clamping force and stable clamping.

6. Equipped with hydraulic brake, deep hole drilling, stable and safe tripping.

7. Single gear oil pump is used for oil supply, which is simple to install, convenient to use, low power consumption, low oil temperature of hydraulic system and stable operation. The system is equipped with a hand pump. When the power machine cannot work, the hand pump can still be used to pull out the drilling tool in the hole.

8. The drilling rig is compact in structure and reasonable in layout. All parts are exposed without overlapping each other, which is convenient for maintenance, repair and repair.

9. Low center of gravity, long moving distance (up to 460 mm), firm fixation, and good stability in high-speed drilling.

10. Equipped with shockproof instrument, the instrument has a long service life, which is conducive to mastering the situation in the hole. There are few handlebars for flexible and reliable operation.
